THE WHOLE BRAIN POSTURE

It’s great for stress relief and calming down if you get triggered by something. There are several Youtube on it however this one I feel explains it clearly and it’s not too long. I find the whole brain posture so calming and nourishing.

HEARING VOICES. Rufus May from the UK, has lived experience and shares how to work with them. Voice Dialogue can also be hugely helpful in understanding the voices and how to get some congnative distance from them.

SLEEP. WITHOUT GOOD SLEEP EVERYTHING GETS WORSE.

I find this technique along with the Whole Brain Posture very helpful. People who are into music and rhythm will probably relate to this way of slowing the mind down.
